Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a positive safety culture across civil infrastructure and construction projects.
  • Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments.
  • Support project teams with practical HSE guidance and legislative compliance.
  • Maintain HSE systems, reporting and contractor management processes.
  • Build strong relationships with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ HSE experience within civil construction, infrastructure, mining or related high-risk industries.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
  • Diploma or higher qualification in Work Health & Safety highly regarded.
  • Strong knowledge of WA WHS legislation and contractor management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and field-based leadership skills.
