Are you an experienced Pre-Start Consultant looking for your next opportunity within the residential construction industry?

Our client is a well-established residential builder currently seeking an experienced Pre-Start Consultant to join their growing pre-construction and customer service team based in Perth Metro.

Working across both custom homes and volume residential projects, this role will suit someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and experienced managing clients throughout the pre-construction journey.

The Role

You will play a key role in guiding clients through the pre-start process, assisting with selections, upgrades, variations, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately prior to construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting pre-start appointments with clients
• Assisting clients with selections, upgrades, and variations
• Preparing accurate pre-start documentation and costings
• Coordinating with drafting, estimating, scheduling, and construction teams
• Managing client expectations and providing professional advice
• Liaising with suppliers and internal departments throughout the process
• Ensuring all files and documentation are completed accurately and efficiently
• Delivering a high level of customer service and client satisfaction

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Pre-Start Consultant within residential construction
• Experience within luxury custom homes and/or volume residential builders
• Strong understanding of residential construction processes and building products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
• Local Perth / WA residential industry experience highly regarded
