A well-established civil contractor delivering bulk earthworks and infrastructure projects across the Perth metro area is partnering with ECi Executive to appoint an experienced Safety Manager to lead and further develop safety performance across the business. This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can shape how safety is delivered across the business, with the support of leadership to drive meaningful improvement on site.

• Salary – $200K + depending on experience

  Your New Role

• Lead the safety function across active civil and bulk earthworks projects
• Strengthen how crews engage with and understand safety on site
• Maintain and develop safety systems to ensure they are practical and effective
• Be visible across projects, working closely with supervisors, operators, and crews
• Work with leaders and teams to strengthen safety behaviours and performance
• Conduct site visits, audits, inspections, and support incident investigations
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, culture, and site delivery

  Your Experience

• Previous experience in a Safety Manager role within civil or contractor environments
• Strong background across:
• Bulk Earthworks
• Infrastructure
• Site-based operations
• Experience leading or mentoring HSE personnel
• Comfortable building on existing systems and continuing to evolve safety culture across site teams
• Confident delivering practical, on-the-ground safety outcomes

  Your Qualifications

• Cert IV in WHS (Essential)
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma (Highly regarded)
• ICAM or equivalent investigation training (desirable)
