The Opportunity

ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA commercial builder to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager for major projects across Perth.
With a strong pipeline of secured work and an excellent reputation in the WA construction market, this is an opportunity to take a leading role in the delivery of significant commercial projects valued at $40M+.

You’ll take full ownership of site operations from construction commencement through to completion and handover, working closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to drive programme, quality, safety and subcontractor performance.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the successful day-to-day delivery of the project, including:

• Taking full ownership of site operations from commencement through to handover
• Leading and coordinating subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Driving construction programmes and key project milestones
• Working closely with the Project Manager and broader project delivery team
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Managing site quality, safety and compliance requirements
• Identifying and resolving construction issues to maintain programme and productivity
• Driving subcontractor performance and maintaining high standards across the project
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards

About You

We’re looking to speak with experienced commercial construction professionals who can demonstrate:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within the WA commercial construction market
• Demonstrated experience delivering commercial projects valued at $40M+
• Strong full-build experience from commencement through to completion and handover
• Proven ability to take full responsibility for site delivery
• Experience leading large subcontractor, trade and site teams
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, sequencing and programming
• Sound understanding of Australian Building Standards and WA construction requirements
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving capability
• The ability to manage competing priorities within a fast-paced project environment
• WA commercial construction experience is essential for this position.
