Our client is a leading luxury custom home builder, and we are seeking an experienced Site Manager or potentially a Site Supervisor ready to take the step up to deliver high-spec residential projects across the Perth metropolitan area. The role requires an experienced and proven professional with solid residential construction experience, including strong exposure to custom/high-end residential builds.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and oversee all trades and subcontractors.
• Maintain exceptional quality and finish standards expected in high-end custom homes.
• Ensure WHS compliance, site safety processes, and accurate project documentation.
• Liaise with clients, architects, designers, and the internal project team.
• Coordinate materials, scheduling, workflow, and site logistics.

What We’re Looking For

• Solid delivery record & experience within residential construction, including proven trade and subcontractor management.
• Strong background delivering luxury, custom, or architecturally designed homes.
• Solid understanding of NCC, Australian Standards, and WA construction practices.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret plans and deliver work to a meticulous standard.
