The Opportunity

ECi Executive is partnering with a select group of established project and custom home builders across Perth who are expanding their construction teams.

We’re looking to speak with experienced Residential Site Supervisors, Site Managers and Construction Managers who are considering their next career move.

Opportunities are available across project homes, custom builds and more bespoke residential developments, giving you the chance to find a role that suits your experience, preferred style of work and longer-term career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Managing residential construction from site commencement through to completion and handover
• Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries to maintain construction schedules
• Overseeing multiple homes at different stages of construction, ensuring quality and timeframes are maintained
• Monitoring workmanship against approved plans, specifications and relevant building requirements
• Maintaining site safety and ensuring company procedures are followed
• Working closely with estimating, scheduling and client liaison teams to communicate progress and resolve queries
• Identifying and resolving construction issues to keep projects moving
• Managing inspections, rectification works, defects and final handovers

For the Construction Manager opportunity, responsibilities will also include leading and supporting Site Supervisors, overseeing delivery across the construction portfolio, monitoring budgets and timeframes, and improving construction processes and team performance.

About You
We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Site Manager or Construction Manager within residential building
• Experience with project homes, custom builds or both
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, sequencing and quality requirements
• The ability to interpret drawings, specifications and construction documentation
• Experience coordinating trades and maintaining strong subcontractor relationships
• Sound understanding of site safety, the NCC and relevant WA building requirements
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear communication skills and a practical, collaborative approach to construction delivery
• For the Construction Manager role, proven experience leading construction teams and overseeing delivery across multiple sites
