Albano (Al) is an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising in Engineering & Operations, with a strong track record recruiting white-collar professionals across the civil infrastructure, construction, land development, transport and resources sectors.

Albano has successfully worked across Australia, Italy and Albania and has lived, studied and worked in several European countries, including Spain. Originally from Albania, he speaks four languages and is highly experienced in working with people from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds.

He holds an MBA from Edith Cowan University in Perth and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Siena in Italy. His core strengths include technical recruitment, business development, stakeholder management, talent search and selection, and building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Known for his direct, energetic and relationship-focused approach, Albano puts his “heart and soul” into his work and takes genuine pride in delivering strong outcomes. Outside of work, he enjoys history, astronomy, chess, soccer and spending time with his family.
