CALLING OUT TO EXPERIENCED PERTH WA SITE MANAGERS WITH AN EXTENSIVE BACKGROUND AND DEMONSTARBLE TRACK RECORD IN COMMERCIAL HIGH END AND HIGH VALUE PROJECTS
Due to our clients continued growth in Perth WA, an opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate – Senior Site Manager to join their highly talented team. Our client is seeking a highly organised, motivated, & confident leader.
About The Role:
- Manage or supervise a variety of Perth metro projects ranging from $15m – $90m.
- Oversee or supervise all operations on site.
- Monitor & maintain project schedules.
- Review project plans & specifications of building design.
- maintain clean & safe work sites.
- Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment.
About You:
- Min 5 years’ experience in Site Management
- WA build experience on $25m + Projects
- Demonstratable track record on high value project delivery (Apartments desirable).
- Experience on working with or alongside Tier 1/2 Builders
- Key Stakeholder engagement with Local or Federal Government (desirable)
- Highly organised, ambitious & motivated Leader.
- Proactive & always seeking to improve.
- High attention to detail – Quality mindset
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
- High standards of personal integrity, self-discipline & responsibility.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
