An established and award-winning residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their growing team. 

Due to continued growth and an expanding pipeline of projects, they’re looking for a motivated supervisor based in the Northern suburbs to manage multiple residential builds.

The Role You’ll be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing trades, ensuring quality standards, and keeping projects on time and within budget. 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate multiple residential projects
• Manage and maintain a reliable trade base
• Monitor site safety, quality, and progress
• Liaise with internal teams and ensure compliance with company standards
• Report on build schedules and resolve site issues efficiently

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential site supervision
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Calm, solutions-focused and able to work independently
• Local to the Northern suburbs with an established trade network
• IT competent – ClickHome experience advantageous
