The Company 

A well-known civil contractor within the infrastructure & civil construction sectors with capabilities in a mixture of civil projects covering the likes of earthworks, bulk earthworks, water, roads, bridges, airports, marine and mining infrastructure.

With strong momentum in the WA civil & infrastructure sectors they are currently looking to expand their team with a positive & driven Civil Project Manager.

Duties: 

• Ability to ensure all civil projects are managed on budget, completed on time, & delivered to a high quality with the view to making good margins for the company.
• Work with the commercial & estimation team to complete project proposals, tenders, budget estimates, cost planning & schedules.
• Ensure & plan for the resourcing & efficient use of plant, machinery, equipment & materials on civil projects.
• Successfully build working relationships with other contractors, clients & key stakeholders to ensure a continuation of future works/tenders. 
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Senior Supervisors to ensure efficient delivery, prioritisation & productivity of their projects & crews

Skills and Experience: 

• Proven civil contracting experience in the WA Urban and Land Development, roads, infrastructure, & industrial sectors.
• Hands-on Project Management/ Project Engineering/technical experience in areas such as Subdivisions, earthworks/bulk earthworks, drainage, roads, piping, trenching etc.

Desired Qualifications

• Ideally Tertiary qualifications in Civil Construction
• Project Management qualifications
