Our client is expanding their delivery teams across multiple mining and regional infrastructure projects throughout WA. We’re seeking experienced Civil Supervisors who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy leading crews, and take pride in delivering high-quality earthworks and road construction outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading civil crews across bulk earthworks, haul road construction, infrastructure, drainage, and general civil works.
• Ensuring all work is delivered to project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Driving a proactive safety culture and maintaining strict WHS compliance.
• Coordinating daily activities, running pre-starts and toolbox meetings.
• Working closely with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to keep projects on track.
• Monitoring productivity, quality, and cost to ensure efficient delivery.
• Supporting and developing crew members to foster high-performing teams.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil or mining infrastructure projects.
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and haul road construction.
• Confident reading/interpreting drawings, plans, and schedules.
• Natural leader who can motivate, guide, and coordinate crews.
• Solid understanding of WHS practices and the ability to communicate them effectively.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence (essential).
• Relevant tickets/qualifications – S26 highly regarded.
