Are you an experienced Drafter or Designer looking for your next opportunity within the residential construction industry?

We are currently partnering with several well-established residential builders across Perth who are seeking experienced professionals to join their growing design and drafting teams. Opportunities are available within both high-end luxury custom home builders and volume residential builders.

These roles will suit individuals who are passionate about residential design, technically strong, and experienced working within the WA residential market.

The Roles

You will be involved in the design, drafting, and documentation of residential projects while working closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, and local authorities to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing residential drafting and documentation packages
• Producing working drawings and construction documentation
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Managing design changes and council/authority requirements
• Ensuring compliance with WA residential building standards and codes
• Assisting with custom design solutions and client variations
• Supporting project delivery across multiple residential developments

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience within residential drafting or design
• Experience working with luxury custom homes and/or volume builders
• Strong knowledge of WA residential building codes and standards
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit, AutoCAD, or similar drafting software
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Local Perth / WA residential industry experience highly regarded
