We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee site teams and drive performance across multiple residential projects throughout Perth.
 

The Role

You will be responsible for leading and supporting Site Supervisors, North & South of the River, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and mentoring Site Supervisors across active projects
• Maintaining build quality, timelines, and site performance
• Conducting regular site visits and resolving on-site issues
• Ensuring compliance with company safety standards
• Driving consistency and accountability across all projects
• Building strong relationships with trades and suppliers

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum 10 years’ residential construction experience within WA
• Previous leadership experience managing Site Supervisors
• Strong technical knowledge across residential construction
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Current Registered Builder Licence (WA) essential
