We are seeking experienced FIFO & Perth Metro Supervisors / Superintendents for long term positions.

Essential criteria:

Mining & Civil Projects

2:1, 10:4 and Perth based Monday-Friday roles available

Bulk Earthworks, Roads & Urban Infrastructure

ECi Executive is currently partnering with several well-established WA civil contractors delivering major mining infrastructure, Main Roads, urban development and bulk earthworks projects across Western Australia.

We are currently seeking experienced FIFO & Perth Metro Civil Superintendents and Civil Supervisors.

These opportunities are suited to candidates looking to join reputable contractors with strong project pipelines, supportive site teams and long-term career prospects.

The Projects

Current opportunities include involvement across:

• Bulk earthworks packages
• Large-scale mining infrastructure projects
• Haul roads and access roads
• Streetscape, landscape & minor works 

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise crews, plant operators and subcontractors onsite
• Coordinate daily site activities across active work fronts
• Drive production outcomes while maintaining a strong safety culture
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily reporting
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to programme
• Liaise with engineers, client representatives and site teams
• Monitor quality, compliance and project deliverables

About You 

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor or Civil Superintendent within Australia
• Strong background in urban civil/utilities, mining civils, bulk earthworks or road construction
• Experience managing crews and coordinating subcontractors onsite
• Sound knowledge of QA, safety and compliance requirements
• S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification (essential for FIFO roles)
• FIFO project experience within WA mining environments
• Strong communication and leadership skills
