The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a technically strong team working on a diverse range of projects including residential subdivisions, roads, drainage, earthworks and urban infrastructure.

The role is open to Civil Designers at all experience levels.

Junior Designers will receive structured mentoring and training in 12D and civil design principles, while experienced Designers will have the opportunity to lead design packages, mentor others and contribute to project delivery.

Working alongside experienced Engineers and Designers, you’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from concept design through to construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on your level of experience and may include:

• Civil design and modelling using 12D and/or Civil 3D
• Preparing designs for subdivisions, roads, drainage, earthworks and associated infrastructure
• Assisting with concept, detailed and construction designs
• Coordinating designs with Engineers and project teams
• Producing high-quality drawings and design documentation
• Completing quality assurance reviews and maintaining project data
• Contributing to design standards and continuous improvement initiatives
• Mentoring junior team members (Senior Designers)

Skills & Experience

We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Experience in Civil Design, Drafting or Design Engineering
• Exposure to 12D and/or Civil 3D (training available for junior candidates)
• Experience or an interest in land development, subdivisions or urban infrastructure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Diploma or Degree qualifications in Civil Engineering, Civil Design or a related discipline
