GREEN LIGHT FOR $240 MILLION PERTH CBD TRANSFORMATION

A major step forward has been taken in the revitalisation of Perth’s CBD, with the $240 million transformation of the St Martin’s Precinct receiving unanimous approval from the Metro Inner Development Assessment Panel.

The redevelopment will breathe new life into the city by delivering premium office space, retail and hospitality offerings, public open spaces and improved pedestrian connections, creating a vibrant mixed-use destination in the heart of Perth.

Beyond transforming the CBD, the project is expected to generate significant employment opportunities throughout the construction phase, supporting demand for project managers, engineers, architects, commercial professionals, construction managers, site teams, contractors and skilled trades.

The investment also represents a strong vote of confidence in Perth’s commercial property market, providing ongoing opportunities for local businesses, suppliers and the broader construction supply chain while stimulating economic activity across the city.

As Perth continues to invest in city-shaping developments, projects such as the St Martin’s Precinct redevelopment play an important role in attracting investment, supporting employment and strengthening the long-term growth of Western Australia’s economy.
