The Opportunity

ECi Executive is partnering with a select group of established project and custom home builders across Perth who are expanding their prestart and client liaison teams.

We’re looking to speak with experienced Prestart Consultants and Client Liaison Officers who are considering their next career move.

Opportunities are available across project homes, custom builds and more bespoke residential developments, giving you the chance to find a role that suits your experience, preferred style of work and longer-term career goals.

Key Responsibilities
Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting prestart appointments and guiding clients through colour, material, fixture and finish selections
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the relevant stages of their building journey
• Preparing and processing selections, variations and associated documentation accurately
• Providing progress updates, answering queries and managing client expectations
• Coordinating with drafting, estimating, scheduling and site teams to ensure client requirements are accurately captured and communicated
• Explaining available options, upgrades and associated costs to help clients make informed decisions
• Maintaining accurate client records and following up outstanding information and approvals to keep jobs progressing
• Resolving client concerns professionally and supporting a positive experience through to the next stage or handover

About You
We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience in prestart and/or client liaison within residential building
• Experience with project homes, custom builds or both
• A sound understanding of the residential building process and key construction stages
• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach with clients
• Excellent attention to detail when managing selections, variations and client documentation
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client files and deadlines
• A proactive approach to resolving queries and coordinating with internal teams
• A genuine commitment to customer service and building positive client relationships
• For prestart opportunities, experience guiding clients through selections and documenting their choices accurately
