ECi Executive is partnering with an established specialist contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to support the expansion of its operations across New South Wales.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in remediation, abrasive blasting and protective coatings who is looking to take on a role combining business development, operational leadership and project delivery.

The business is focused on expanding its presence in the market, developing new client relationships, securing project opportunities and building a team as operations grow. The successful candidate will bring an established industry network, a commercial mindset and the ability to take a hands-on approach to growing the business.

The Role:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across remediation, abrasive blasting and protective coatings
• Leverage existing industry relationships to build a strong pipeline of projects
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, principal contractors and subcontractors
• Support estimating, tendering and commercial discussions to secure new work
• Recruit, develop and scale operational teams as projects are secured
• Oversee project delivery, including safety, quality, programme and commercial performance
• Work closely with the management team to support business growth and operational development

About You:

• Previous experience as a Superintendent within remediation, abrasive blasting, protective coatings or specialist industrial services
• Strong understanding of concrete repairs, structural remediation, corrosion protection or industrial coating works
• Established industry relationships and the confidence to develop new business opportunities
• Proven ability to build client relationships, identify opportunities and contribute to securing new work
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors and multiple project activities
• Commercial awareness with exposure to estimating, tendering and project budgets
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to help establish and grow an operation
