Following internal movement within the business, this newly created position offers an experienced scheduling professional the opportunity to lead the scheduling function and help drive efficient project delivery.

Working closely with estimating, procurement and site teams, you will coordinate workloads, resolve scheduling issues and improve processes to support construction timeframes and cost control.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Working with internal teams to maintain current pricing, product information and supplier lead times.

About you
You will bring strong residential construction knowledge, a practical approach to problem-solving and the confidence to lead a team in a busy building environment.

We are looking for:

  • Previous experience as a Scheduling Manager, Scheduling Team Leader or Senior Scheduler ready to step into leadership.
  • Strong scheduling experience within single and double-storey residential construction, ideally in the WA market.
  • A sound understanding of construction methods, building materials and trade sequencing.
  • The ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings, specifications and contractual documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness and workload management skills.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and construction teams.
  • Experience using residential estimating and scheduling software.
