- $120k-$150k + super + company vehicle
- Monday-Friday | 44-hour week | Perth Metro
- Permanent role with a strong pipeline of civil projects
ECi Executive is partnering with an established Perth civil contractor seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their growing project teams across the Perth metropolitan area.
With a strong pipeline of current and upcoming work, this is a permanent opportunity for experienced Supervisors looking to build their career within the Perth civil construction market.
The Role
- Lead civil crews, operators and subcontractors across active projects
- Coordinate daily works, plant, labour and subcontractors
- Supervise civil construction activities across multiple work fronts
- Read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Drive safe, productive and quality project delivery
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and project stakeholders
About You
- Minimum 3 years’ civil construction supervisory experience
- Strong Perth metro civil construction background
- Experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
- Confident managing crews, plant and subcontractors
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Strong HSE and quality focus
- WA Manual Driver’s License and White Card
- WA project experience preferred
- Civil construction experience essential
