ECi Executive is currently partnering with several leading WA civil contractors delivering major infrastructure, roads, subdivisions, utilities and urban development projects across the Perth metropolitan area.

We are currently seeking experienced Civil Site Supervisors to join high-performing project teams across a range of ongoing metro projects.

These opportunities are suited to hands-on leaders looking to join reputable contractors with strong project pipelines, supportive team environments and genuine long-term career opportunities.

Current Projects Include:

• Bulk earthworks and site development
• Residential and industrial subdivisions
• Roads, intersections and transport infrastructure
• Water, sewer, drainage and utility infrastructure
• Underground services and civil infrastructure installations
• Commercial and industrial civil works
• Local Government and Main Roads projects
• Stormwater drainage, culverts and associated civil works
• Large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Perth

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site crews, operators and subcontractors across active work fronts
• Coordinate daily site activities to achieve project milestones
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
• Lead pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily safety initiatives
• Monitor quality, compliance and project deliverables
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and subcontractors
• Manage labour, plant and material allocation
• Promote a positive safety culture and lead by example
• Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects on schedule

About You:

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Civil Supervisor within the civil construction industry
• Strong background in one or more of the following:
  • Bulk earthworks
  • Civil infrastructure
  • Roads and transport infrastructure
  • Residential subdivisions
  • Utilities, drainage and underground services
  • Commercial or industrial civil construction
• Proven ability to lead site crews and coordinate subcontractors
• Strong understanding of safety, quality and project delivery
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams
