We’re looking for HSE Advisors at all levels to join well-established commercial builders working across industrial, retail and apartment builds in Perth.

The Role

• Work with site and project teams to drive strong safety outcomes
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Support toolbox talks and safety initiatives on site
• Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and close-outs
• Help maintain compliance with WHS legislation and company systems

About You

• Experience working in construction, ideally on commercial or industrial builds
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety
• A practical, approachable style and confidence communicating with all levels on site
• Good understanding of WA safety standards and regulations
• Passionate about building a positive safety culture and continuous improvement
