About the Company

A well-established civil & mechanical contracting business with an excellent track record across WA’s mining, infrastructure, water and industrial sectors.

With a diverse portfolio of upcoming and live regional projects, the client is now looking for a motivated and experienced intermediate to senior Project Manager or Construction Manager to join the team on a key regional infrastructure jobs.

The Opportunities

These are permanent, full-time roles and you will take full responsibility for the project’s delivery—ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met, while leading a committed site team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of mining infrastructure projects 
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, progress claims, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Liaise with commercial and estimating teams on tenders and project planning.
• Lead teams of engineers and supervisors to maintain site performance, safety, and quality.
• Ensure materials, plant, and subcontractors are coordinated efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.

Your Background

• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil OR Mechanical Engineering (required).
