Catrina is a Senior Recruitment Consultant with extensive experience recruiting both white- and blue-collar professionals, predominantly across the Brisbane market. Having recently relocated to Perth, she is excited to immerse herself in the residential construction sector and build strong, lasting relationships throughout Western Australia.

After spending the past eight years in agency recruitment, Catrina believes recruitment should be about far more than forwarding resumes and endless email chains. She prefers to get out from behind the desk, visit sites, meet people face-to-face and build genuine relationships over a coffee. By taking the time to understand her clients’ businesses, culture and long-term goals, as well as what truly motivates her candidates, she creates recruitment solutions that last.

Energetic, approachable and never short of a conversation, Catrina brings enthusiasm and authenticity to everything she does. Outside of work, she’s a passionate dog handler and regularly competes in dog showing with her four-legged companions – a hobby that reflects the same patience, dedication and attention to detail she brings to recruitment.
