Chad began his career in residential construction as a Sales Consultant, playing a key role in the delivery of more than 100 new homes. This hands-on industry experience gave him a strong understanding of the construction process and the importance of building genuine relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Transitioning into construction recruitment, Chad successfully built a recruitment branch from the ground up, developing long-standing partnerships across the construction sector. Known for his relationship-driven approach, he has helped many candidates secure stable, long-term opportunities while supporting clients with high-quality talent solutions tailored to their business needs.

With a practical understanding of the industry and a genuine commitment to delivering results, Chad provides trusted advice and market insight to both clients and candidates alike.

Outside of work, Chad is a proud father of four and enjoys watching the UFC and NBA.
