Associate Director

Patrick Mohan is our Irish success story. Having moved to WA in 2012 from Ireland, Patrick has built some great relationships over the last 14 years developing a strong understanding of the WA market.

As a motivated individual and high achiever Patrick was promoted from Senior Consultant to Principal Consultant within his first 6 months at ECi Executive and is now an Associate Director.

Patrick’s focus is on building long-term relationships with engineers, technical professionals and employers across Western Australia and nationally. He is known for his genuine approach, market knowledge and commitment to delivering outcomes that create lasting partnerships. Outside of work, Patrick is a proud Australian citizen who enjoys all things sport and music, recently taken up boxing and playing the piano again.

Having fallen in love with Australia’s laid-back lifestyle; Patrick has built a great life here in WA with his German Shepard partner Ally and their children.
