Originally from Ireland and coming from a farming background, Billy brings a strong work ethic and a grounded, hands-on perspective to the world of recruitment having recruited white collar roles in Ireland and across Europe.

Since moving to Australia in 2023, he has built hands-on site management experience in civil construction working on civil and infrastructure projects in WA.

With a blend of field experience and recruitment expertise, Billy supports clients and candidates across engineering and civil construction. His hands-on background spans roads, bulk earthworks, stormwater, drainage, concrete, solar, utilities, and subdivisions across both metro and regional projects.

Outside of work, Billy enjoys spending time with friends and family—and when he’s not recruiting, you’ll find him behind the decks as a DJ (mostly entertaining his mates… and occasionally the neighbours, whether they like it or not).
