Site Manager – High Value Commercial Builds
Summary
A well-established commercial builder is looking for an experienced Site Manager to take control of site delivery on upcoming projects across Perth.
Essential criteria:
Permanent | Commercial Site Manager | Perth WA
$170k – $190k + Super | Commercial Build, Refurbishment & Fit Out
Pipeline of Future Works | Job Security | Collaborative & Supportive Team
With a strong pipeline of commercial builds and a reputation for quality, this is a great opportunity to join a contractor that values experienced site leadership and delivers projects the right way.
You will lead all on-site operations, manage trades and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Projects include a mix of commercial developments valued between $5m – $40m across the Perth metro area.
About The Role:
- Join a commercial property development and construction contractor with various works across Western Australia.
- Monitor & maintain project schedules.
- Review project plans & specifications of the building design.
- Maintain a clean & safe work site.
- Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment.
About You:
- Successful experience supervising commercial builds from construction stage to completion.
- Delivery history on Education, Aged Care Facilities, Hotels or Industrial/Warehouse projects
- Worked on high value projects ($20 Million+) with reputable Australian builders.
- Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel experience and qualification is desired.
- Knowledge of the Australian Building Standards.
- Highly organised, with the ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
- Safety conscious.
